We all have rough days in this life. It is in these rough patches of life when we need to be reminded of our worth because it is often difficult to see for ourselves. Building others up is very important as we never know what battles they are facing. We must always choose to be kind and to love others as we are learning to love ourselves. When we struggle to love ourselves, we can turn to others to love us in our time of need. That is the beauty of love.
I am here for you today to love you as a worthy individual who deserves safety. I am here to remind you of your worth, just as others have reminded me in my darkest moments. Thank you for being here when the war is unending. Thank you for fighting.
Thank You for Being Strong
In case you have not heard it lately, I want you to know how proud I am of you. I know the battle is not always easy as the war rages on, but you continue to fight courageously. Your strength does not go unnoticed. You may not be able to see it, but you ARE so strong, even when the battle seems impossible to win. I am proud of you and I hope you are too.
You Are Enough
You ARE enough. Your grades or status do not define your worth. Instead, your existence defines it. Your life matters. You will ALWAYS be enough!
You Are Safe
I know that life is scary. Some days the fight does not seem worth it, but I promise that it is. You are not alone and ARE so loved by many. It is by knowing this you ARE safe. Stay strong and do not give in. This world needs you!
