We are helped by donors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and grants. Without individual help – both large and small – we couldn’t help families in need.

Step Up For Mental Health® has supported over 3,200+ families and has been meeting the needs of our mission since 2016 in Chicago and Illinois; and via our helpline regionally since 2018. We are a peer-to-peer nonprofit providing support, assistance, and education. Our helpline under our Step Up Assistance Program provides access to underserved families with populations dealing with mental health-related issues in the home, including poverty.
