Mental Talk – Peer Support Group: Living with Anxiety during a Pandemic
Join us for a mental talk in which we will openly talk about what it is like to live with anxiety or an anxiety disorder during a global pandemic. We will talk about the impact the pandemic has had on those who already have anxiety, we’ll talk about the struggles, the ways in which we have coped or helped others cope with the reality of the pandemic, and its impact on our mental health.
About Mental Talk: Good Mental Health is all about talking, sharing, and listening to one another. What better way to share life experiences in a supportive peer and topic lead group. Topics will range from work, family, caregivers and life balance, meditation, chronic pain, self-care, stress, racism (Transgenerational Trauma) depression, and more. Mental Talk is for someone who believes peer mental health support is important. This group is open, honest, and willing to share in a supportive environment. No judgment. Always kindness.
