Online Class: Family Strategies to Support E-Learning
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many students and families are participating in e-learning to continue learning safely. This can cause additional stress for parents and children during an unprecedented time. This class will share teacher-approved strategies for supporting e-learning and family mental health applicable to learners in preschool through high school.

Topics will range from Technology, Finance, Career Prep, remote learning, and mindfulness & meditation. This is a part of our Step Up Assistance Program and supporting community. Mental health touches a variety of groups and backgrounds. Our goal is to make life easier for all individuals and families dealing with mental health issues during stress and crisis during our COVID-19 times of Social Distancing.
We use Google Meet and can hold 100 people but most likely meetings will be between 5-25 people. Best experience using Google Chrome Browser. Check your computer audio before workshop times for the best results.
