Mental Talk – Peer Support Group: Bridging Mental Health and Spirituality
Bridging Mental Health and Spirituality is a Peer Support Group discussion where people from all identities will have an opportunity to collectively learn, share, and reflect on what mental health and spirituality mean as well as the relationship between the two. This meaningful discussion will allow you to expand on these realms of self-help by providing you a space to discuss, meditate, journal, and learn about self-help resources. This space is meant to uplift and empower you on your mental health and spiritual journey.
About Mental Talk: Good Mental Health is all about talking, sharing, and listening to one another. What better way to share life experiences in a supportive peer and topic lead group. Topics will range from work, family, caregivers and life balance, meditation, chronic pain, self-care, stress, racism (Transgenerational Trauma) depression, and more. Mental Talk is for someone who believes peer mental health support is important. This group is open, honest, and willing to share in a supportive environment. No judgment. Always kindness.
