Join us to discuss the stigmas surrounding mental health within the Latinx community and the impact that it has on those who struggle with a mental illness. Let’s talk about what the stigmas are and what are some ways in which we can break them.
About Mental Talk: Good Mental Health is all about talking, sharing, and listening to one another. What better way to share life experiences in a supportive peer and topic lead group.
