Do you have trouble identifying your emotions? Have you ever felt embarrassed or guilty about expressing yourself in front of others? In this workshop, we’ll talk about a variety of ways to identify and express our feelings in a healthy and productive way, and you will learn exactly what it means to process your emotions.

Mental health touches a variety of groups and backgrounds. Our goal is to make life easier for all individuals and families dealing with mental health issues during stress and crisis during our COVID-19 times of Social Distancing.
We use Google Meet and can hold 100 people but most likely meetings will be between 5-25 people. Best experience using Google Chrome Browser. Check your computer audio before workshop times for the best results.
